Parts Advisor
Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles Parts personnel are essential team members within the Van Centre. That's because the Parts Department plays a vital role in selling parts and accessories, as well as providing assistance to both the Service and Vehicle Sales Departments.
As an Apprentice Parts Advisor, you will be required to combine IT skills, an outgoing personality, technical knowledge and customer service skills.

- NVQ Level 2 progressing to NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Parts Operations
- Level 2 Key or Core Skills Certificates
